DCL – Excursions & On-Board Activities

Before you sail with Disney Cruise Line, you have the ability to plan certain aspects of your trip ahead of time!

Here are the areas that are bookable in advance:

Port Adventures, Adult Dining, Spa & Fitness, On Board Fun, & Nursery Times

Port Adventures – At each port of call, you will have the option to book special excursions for an additional fee.  This is a great opportunity to take a few hours off of the ship to explore the world!

Port Adventures (Castaway Cay) – If you are taking a cruise that ports at Disney’s private island in the Bahamas, Castaway Cay, you will be able to book excursions and extras here as well!  From private cabanas, and sports equipment rental to boating, and fishing excursions there is so much to choose from!

Adult Dining – Disney Cruise Line’s ships each offer adult-only dining options for an additional cost.  The Disney Magic and the Disney Wonder both have the adult-only restaurant Palo.  Palo boasts Northern Italian cuisine, in a fine atmosphere.  Both brunch and dinner are served at Palo.  The Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy each have two adult-only restaurants, Palo & Remy.  Remy is a French inspired restaurant that serves a 7 course meal.  Dinner and dessert-only options are available to book at Remy.

Spa & Fitness – On board every Disney Cruise ship is a spa fit for royalty!  You can book massages, facials, and other indulgent spa packages.  In the fitness category, you also have the option to book a session with a personal trainer.  What better way to work off all of the extra calories you are sure to enjoy while on-board!

On Board Fun – On Board Fun options include special character meet & greets that require tickets, sports simulators, portrait sessions, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeovers, and more.

Nursery – To utilize the nursery on board a Disney Cruise ship, you must sign up for a time, and pay an additional fee.  The nursery service is for children ages 6 months to 3 years old.  Space is limited.
