Your Walt Disney World Dining Reservations can be made 60 days in advance of your check in date for your entire stay (onsite resort guests) / 60 days in advance of each dining reservation (offsite day guests).

Reservations are strongly recommended for ALL Table Service Meals including Character Dining, Signature Restaurants & Dinner Shows.
Dining Reservations will be made using your credit card to hold the reservation. Your card will not be charged, unless you do not show up for your reservation (charges vary per location), with the exception of Cinderella’s Royal Table and dinner shows.
Entertainment and Experience Reservations: make these reservations by calling Disney Dining (407)WDW-DINE or (407)WDW-PLAY at 7:00 am Eastern.
FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED: for Cinderella’s Royal Table, and Dinner Shows at the time of booking.

Please, arrive and check-in at the restaurant 15 minutes prior to your reservation.
Please, allow 90 minutes of travel time within Walt Disney World to your dining location.
When scheduling your day, it is best to expect character meals to take approximately 1.5 hours (in order for all of the characters to rotate throughout the dining room).
If you need to cancel a dining reservation, please do so as soon as possible. Disney’s policy is that a reservation must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged (amount charged varies per location). Please, contact me if you need any help with reservation cancellation while on vacation.
If you have scheduled an early morning breakfast (Table Service) that will take place prior to the parks’ opening, you will need to take the “Early Breakfast Bus” to your destination. I recommend that you talk with someone at the front desk of your Walt Disney World Resort a day or two prior to the reservation to get the most accurate time for catching the Early Breakfast Bus. You may also call for a taxi to pick you up at your resort and take you to your destination.
