INSIDER INFO – WDW Online Check-in & Room Requests

ONLINE CHECK-IN:

Online Check-In can be done in advance of your stay.  This is a great way to save you time when you arrive at your Disney Resort!  If you have already taken care of your Check-In Online prior to arrival, then you will receive a text with your room assignment as soon as it is ready, so you can go directly to your room.

If you wish to link your Credit Card to your Magic Band, you can do so during the Online Check-In process.  Don’t worry, you also apply a PIN so that no one else can use your Credit Card if your Magic Band happens to get lost.  If you prefer to wait and handle this step at your Disney Resort, you can do so at the front desk.

1. Go to MyDisneyExperience.com

2. Log into your account

3. Click on “Start Check-In”

4. Follow the steps to complete online check-in

If you have completed online check-in, and your room becomes available before you arrive at your resort, Disney will text your room number, so that you do not have to stop at the front desk.  However, I do recommend stopping at the front desk, just to make sure that everything is set up like you want it to be (credit card, Magic Bands working, etc).

If you have any room requests that you would like noted on your reservation, please email those to me, and I will get them noted in the correct spot.

PLEASE, NOTE THAT DISNEY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ROOM REQUESTS.  However, they do their best to accommodate.

Examples of room requests:

*Connecting or Adjoining Rooms

*Specific area, building, or floor of the resort

*2 Queens or 1 King

*Bedrails

*Pack ‘n Play

PRO-TIP:  The fewer requests that we add to your reservation, the more likely you are to get what you want.
